Valentine’s Day is approaching and if you’re lucky enough to be coupled up this year the stress of present shopping is imminent. Whether your relationship is in its third week or third year, the thought of choosing what to buy your boyfriend for February 14th can be overwhelming.
Unlike Christmas and birthdays there are no hard and fast rules about what type of present (or if you should buy one at all) for your BF. Just thinking about the politics of it all is tiring enough. Secondly, boys are notoriously tricky to buy for.
Having said this there are a number of present options that are guaranteed to get you in his good books. Food and drink based gifts are a safe bet. Why not buy your beau a bottle of his favourite tipple? Or, if you feel like splashing out we’ve found a beer bouquet that would make any beer fan VERY happy.
If your boyfriend is more of a foodie then why not create a hamper of his favourite edible treats? Everyone loves a personalised gift and at Selfridges you can get a number of personalised foodie items including Nutella and Marmite with your special one’s name on.
Boys are unlikely to spend their cash on beauty goods so why not treat them to a bottle of something smelly. In our edit we’ve got a couple of lovely aftershaves he will be sure to love.
