When Matt was 16 years old, he stole his brother’s truck for a joyride, only to get a flat tire. He said, “I’ve been a con artist since I was 16 and trying to get my dad to buy me a car. I never succeeded, but I learnt a lot of tactics.”

In the summer of 2007, Matt starred as Ernest Hemingway in the Williamstown Theatre Festival production of 'Villa America'. He's also managed to tread the boards in plays and musicals including 'Spring Awakening', 'Romeo And Juliet', 'Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat', and 'A Streetcar Named Desire'.
The movie is based in the future where people stop aging at 25, but are engineered to live only one more year... so they have to buy time.
