Cannes 2016: Best Red Carpet Looks

Cannes fashion is always memorable, with the red carpet bringing in a sea of dazzling dresses and flowing frocks, with no limit of incredible high fashion moments.

The Cannes Film Festival is always an event that draws the celebrity elite, from Cheryl Fernandez-Versini to Sienna Miller. And with it’s prestigious guests comes the expectance of show-stopping glamour, and 2015 has been no exception so far.

This international festival of film is an annual event held in Cannes, France, and is famous for previewing new films and documentaries from every genre, from all around the world.

Lupita Nyong’o, a firm favourite of ours on the red carpet, exceeded all expectations with a flowing green Gucci dress. With floral jewelled embellishments around the shoulders, and a pretty cinched in waist belt, this beautiful spring dress ticks all of the style boxes.  Her hair was swept up into a top bun, and accessorised with a sparkling head band.

Naomi Watts also boasted a winning look in floor-length feathers, rocking a stunning Elie Saab couture gown. The top of the dress epitomised red carpet glamour, with sparkling diamond-esque detailing, and the feathered detail from the waist down added just the right amount of drama.

Natalie Portman went for a classic slim fit shape, with a flirty v-cut neckline. Dazzling in a deep shade of red, the brunette actress stood out a mile on the famous entrance carpet. Working tradition, the gorgeous A-lister kept her hair flowing past her shoulders, with some luxe drop earrings to polish off the ensemble

Karlie Kloss broke all of the conventional style rules in a Versace all-in-one. Not quite a dress, but not quite a jumpsuit, the supermodel gave a unique modern twist to the classic event.  Keeping it young and fresh, the starlet left her blonde beach waves loose, framing her face.
