The 23-year-old singer has teamed up with Swifty on a new track for the Fifty Shades Darker movie called ‘I Don’t Want To Live Together’. And Zayn says it was actually his girlfriend Gigi Hadid that made the whole thing happen.

‘The interesting thing was [Taylor is] actually friends with Gi, so she’d already reached out’, the singer revealed. ‘She had mentioned to me that she liked the song, so I knew in the back of my head that she already liked it.

‘So I was like, “I’ll ask her if she wants to be on it,” and she was cool with it.’

Well, it’s a total banger, so Taylor has EXCELLENT taste.

And as for how Gigi feels about her man and her BFF teaming up, well, she made her feelings clear by posting a screengrab of their new single on the day of its release. Aw.

Zayn, who looked seriously cool in a red tartan and shearling coat, also opened up about his anxiety during his The Morning Show interview, saying that he’d been pouring his emotions into songwriting.

‘I feel like writing anything down is a little bit of a therapy process. It’s alleviating what’s on your mind, he said, before crediting his parents for keeping him in touch with reality,

‘I feel like where I’m from people are very easily ready to pull you down to the earth when you get big headed.’

We’re just glad to see Zayn looking so happy and healthy after such a rollercoaster of a year. Nice one, Malik.
