Victoria Beckham has opened up about the A-list beauty secrets that keep her and the rest of the super-famous looking so polished, including a few tricks of the trade you can work into your own health and fitness regime.
As the face of this month’s Allure, VB told thr US magazine just exactly what keeps her skin glowing and her slender body in shape. The mum-of-four’s first tip? Ditch the razor and try laser treatment instead.
“It is amazing. You can go back for little touch-ups if you do see little hairs appearing,” said Mrs B. “But I’ve been very lucky that I haven’t had to. That was one of the best tips that Eva Longoria ever gave me.”
The British designer, who’s been dominating New York Fashion Week with her elegant outfits and stunning AW14 showcase, also spilled on how she keeps so trim – and it’s not for the faint-hearted.
Fitness-lover Victoria confessed she gets up at the eye-wateringly early time of 6am to run four miles every single day! Is anyone else just knackered at the thought?
VB, however, truly gets her glow from her hubby. Gushing to the American title, she said: “[David] is the most wonderful man I have ever met. He’s a fantastic father. He’s incredibly talented, a wonderful husband.”
Aww. So, all we need to achieve Victoria’s positively gorgeous look is a boyfriend like Becks, a few hair-zapping sessions and the energy to jog. A lot. Easy, right?
