It’s safe to say Tulisa has had a pretty tough few months, so the news that her and Cheryl Cole could be joining this year’s Strictly Come Dancing line-up could provide some very welcome relief for the Young singer.
According to The Daily Express, the two former X Factor judges are top of the BBC’s wishlish to be this year’s celebrity contestants, with sources claiming it could offer Tulisa a clean slate after her recent drug-related arrest. “This could be the ideal way for her to make a fresh start”, the insider reveals.
Cheryl, meanwhile, is also said to be toying with the idea of appearing on the show after regularly visiting the Strictly set last year to support former Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh, who was competing. “She was completely entranced by the dancing”, says the BBC source. “She’s an enormous fan, and I think watching Kimberly made her keener than ever. It would be a great coup if we got her.”
How much would you love to see these two swap their judging shoes for a pair of sparkly flamenco clogs?! Make it happen, people!
