This is so, so heartbreaking...
Kanye West remains in hospital for ‘exhaustion’, and reports continue to speculate about the progress of his health.
The world has been left shocked and confused by the fact that, after a bizarre on-stage rant calling-out Jay Z and Beyonce, Yeezy cancelled his Pablo tour dates and was admitted to hospital for an alleged ‘evaluation’.
As well sharing well-wishes, many have been left wondering what might be behind the rapper’s apparent ‘breakdown’.
It’s no secret that Kanye has been deeply affected by the death of his mother, Donna, which occurred in November of 2007.
Of course, this is always going to be a tough thing for a child to go through, but ‘Ye has often revealed that he feels guilt around her passing.
Now, the plastic surgeon that operated on her before she passed away, has revealed that he thinks the two things may be related. Well, the timing is very telling.
Dr. Jan Adams told the Daily Mail, ‘If nine years later Kanye can’t deal with it and wants to blame himself, then someone needs to stand up and say to him, ‘Come on, this is not your fault, dude. We need to turn the page. We can feel sad and we can miss her, but it doesn’t happen until you confront the truth.”
A close family member, who chose to remain anonymous, also revealed that this is always a ‘tough’ time of year for the star.
The relative explained, ‘Any time around the holidays is tough for him, he is an only child.
‘But he was very close to his mom, so this time of year… it’s really difficult.
‘Then on top of it, everything that happened with Kim in Paris, the build up to it is a lot, it’s a lot of pressure.
‘Kanye is highly sensitive and highly protective of certain things which doesn’t help.’
We’re sending all of our love to the Kardashian-West family at this time.
