The 30-year old nutrition coach, whose already garnered fans such as Ellie Goulding and amassed 536K followers for his pro-active approached to food and fitness. According to Joe the plan will have you eating more food, training less and burning fat for fun! Seriously!

Here’s some easy – peasy breakfast recipes to speed up your metabolism from The Body Coach

As they say eat breakfast like a king. Munch on a fruit platter The Body Coach style. Add some colour to brekkie with a  that’s vitamin-filled fruit salad with watermelon,  kiwi, raspberries, mangos, figs, and blueberries dipped in some organic yogurt. Watermelon is rich in amino acids  and helps to banish the bloat by flushing out toxins.

The perfect go-to breakfast packed with protein and low GI? We love his  easy scrambled eggs with some mashed avocados on a piece of toast. Simply garnish watercress and serve on a gluten-free sprouted seed bread. Perfect fuel for your busy day ahead.

Bagels your thing? If so, why not try this scrumptious wholemeal bagel with grilled chicken, chopped avocados, and some leafy greens added in. Super easy, packed with nutrition as well as a great post-workout fuel.
