The famous family invited fans into their seriously luxurious Maldives break over the Christmas holidays...
In case you missed it, the Beckhams spent the entire festive break in the Maldives. And boy, did they treat fans to some seriously cute family snaps.
With Victoria busy running her fashion empire (and winning an OBE for her efforts) and David constantly jetting all over the world for his own fashion, grooming and sporting ventures, it’s not often we get to see the entire Beckham family unit as one. But the six of them were finally reunited for an epic holiday on the paradise island at the end of December.
Ringing in the new year in adorably cute fashion, David shared a snap of him, Victoria, Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper posing on the beach in front of a coconut-shell Christmas tree, writing: ‘Happy new year everyone x ❤’.
And fans were quick to praise the rare family photo, with one writing: ‘Such a gorgeous looking family ❤x’.
‘This is the best thing I’ve seen all year 😍😍😍😍’, another commented.
‘Lovely family picture! Here’s to an amazing New Year!’, wrote a third.
Victoria, meanwhile, shared various shots from her family’s luxury break, with one showing herself throwing some peace signs on the beach dressed in black jeans and a fitted black top, and another showing Harper writing an adorable message to her parents in the sand.
‘I love mummy and daddy’, read the message.
However, staying in a beautiful resort didn’t stop Victoria from sticking to her healthy regime, with a source telling The Sun that the 42-year-old contacted the 5-star resort her and her family were staying at in advance to ask for tailor-made dishes to suit her diet.
According to the publication, VB asked staff at Japanese restaurant Feeling Koi to prepare for her low-calorie diet of fish and salad vegetables.
‘Her menu was mostly seafood – Maldivian yellow fun tuna, Australian king fish, tea smoked salmon and a lot of sashimi’, an insider said.
‘To go with her meals, she wanted a very simple salad which is mainly white radishes and lettuce with lemon juice, and toasted edamame beans.
‘She also asked for fruit, and her ‘treat’ item was Atlantic black cod, which is very rich and so a little more calorific than the other foods she asked for.’
Well, each to their own.
