She has been keeping fans of the series pretty up-to-date via her Twitter account.
Now, she’s revealed that not only does she intend to clear her client’s name, but she also plans on proving who actually killed Teresa Halbach.
Kathleen tweeted, ‘the inevitable is coming.’ And we just don’t know if we can hang onto the edge of our seats for much longer.
In an interview with TheLipTV’s Allison Hope Weiner, Zellner reiterated the fact that she believes Steven’s case has ‘all of the hallmarks of a wrongful conviction case.’
TheLipTV described that Kathleen ‘also intends to prove who actually killed Teresa Halbach. She asserted it is fairly obvious if you review the record of the criminal case.’
Whoa. So it sounds like she’s already got a name in mind, then.
This comes just a few weeks after it was reported that Kathleen Zellner had set the cogs in motion to apply for Avery’s bail, meaning that there was a small possibility that Steven could walk free within the next few months.
We’ll be keeping our ear firmly to the ground for more news on this one…
