The New TV Show From The Makers Of Glee You NEED To Know About

It’s a horror-comedy mash up

Set on the college campus of Wallace University, the story centres on the Kappa society as they face a murderer on the loose on the twentieth anniversary of a sorority pledge gone wrong. Hilariously camp, if you were a fan of Scary Movie or Scream you’re going to LOVE this new show.

The star studded cast is pretty major

Emma Roberts heads up the cast with the leading role of
Chanel Oberlin, the president of the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority. A-listers Lea Michele and Abigail Breslin play members of her sorority whilst horror film legend
Jamie Lee Curtis plays the dean of the university. If that wasn’t enough to get you excited, then also watch out for Nick Jonas and Ariana Grande who both make special appearances in the show.

There’s a dream team duo behind its creation

This is not the first time
the creators of Scream Queens have worked together.
Brad Falchuk and
Ryan Murphy have previously teamed up on a hat-trick of successful shows: Glee, American Horror Story and Nip/Tuck. No wonder there is so much hype about Scream Queens.

The leading ladies in the show are BFFs

Emma Roberts and Lea Michele have become BEST friends since working together on the show. Talking at the LA premiere, Lea Michele described Emma as her “best friend” and “one of her favourite ladies in the world”. Ahhh.

The cast love a social media #squad photo

The cast of Scream Queens seem like a big happy family if social media is anything to go by. The stars of the show have been busy sharing behind the scenes snaps, #ScreamQueens squad pics and selfies galore.
Posting on her Instagram last night, Abigail Breslin summed it up aptly: “No better squad than the #ScreamQueens squad. Love you all immensely. So lucky to be a part of this.” How emosh.

Gwyneth is a fan

A quick gander at Gwyneth’s Instagram suggests the rumours about the actress dating Scream Queens
co-creator Brad Falchuk are true. Having met on the set of Brad’s old show, Glee, the couple have reportedly been
dating for over a year
and Gwyneth was of course out to support her BF at his premiere. Posing for a selfie with Nick Jonas, Gwyneth captioned her pic: “
My kids might be #jealous about this sighting… #nickjonas#screamqueens”.

The show airs tonight in the US and we have everything crossed we don’t have to wait too long for it to make the jump across the pond.
