Sarah Jessica Parker debuted her brand new shoe line, the SJP Collection, on the Wendy Williams Show last night. And it didn’t disappoint.
Rocking up in her very own ‘Carrie’ shoe, the actress chose to model the style which she named after her iconic Sex And The City character. Well, as if she’d have picked another pair…
A bold yet simple take on the everyday T-strap heel, the pointed Carrie shoe features delicate ribbon detailing and is not only gorgeously elegant, but also the closest we’ll probably ever come to stepping into the shoes of one of our most-loved sitcom ladies. What’s not to love?
‘When I was a little girl we had to wear braids in our hair everyday and ribbons. We had no money but we had a bureau filled with ribbons’, SJP explained about the shoe’s signature seam.
‘So when I was in an early design meeting I asked if we could put grosgrain up the back seam.’
SJP teamed her navy shoes with a fitted grey dress with a full skirt, a tailored black jacket and pearls. Très Bradshaw!
The collection, which features classic T-bar styles, kitten heels and strappy sandals, will be available to buy at Nordstrom at the end of the month.
