Sarah Jessica Parker On Why She’ll Never Be Carrie Again

Sarah Jessica Parker has opened up about her fond memories of her Sex And The City character, Carrie Bradshaw, but says that she’s never going to play a role like her again.

In a new interview SJP tells American Elle that she’s looking for variety in her career now:

“I don’t love the idea of playing another woman who loves fashion and is slightly flawed in New York City. I loved  Carrie [Bradshaw] and I don’t want to do the poor man’s version of her.

“And while those are often the lucrative things to do, it’s more reason to look in the other direction.”

SJP is currently in Glee playing a fashion website editor – check out a clip here – and we can’t wait to see what she does next. BS
