The Girls Aloud singer chatted to hosts Anita Rani and James Martin about her new musical Ghost...
Sarah Harding has been away from the spotlight for a little while now – but now she’s back.
The Girls Aloud singer sat on the This Morning sofa earlier today, where she chatted about her role in a new theatre production of Ghost.
She’s set to play Molly Jensen in the show, the character made famous by Demi Moore in the 1990 film.
But unfortunately for Sarah, it wasn’t just her exciting news that got people talking.
Over on Twitter, there were quite a lot of messages about her appearance. Hmmm.
Comments included: ‘I didn’t even recognise Sarah Harding on #ThisMorning, Where’s the Girls Aloud girl gone ?,’ and: ‘Wtf has happened to #sarahharding she looks so different! #thismorning [sic].’
This is despite the fact that while on the programme, Sarah actually took the opportunity to deny having any work done.
She pointed to her forehead and asked viewers to look for signs of Botox injections, insisting: ‘I haven’t had plastic surgery. Can I say: “Hello?!”‘
Host Anita Rani then pressed her further, asking the 34-year-old what she thought about other women altering their looks.
Anita pointed out: ‘As a woman getting older, people start to feel insecure about the way they look.’
But Sarah’s reply was simple. She said: ‘You should embrace it, woman!’
Happily for Sarah, there were still plenty of fans sending her kind messages.
One wrote: ‘@SarahNHarding loved catching your interview about ghost the musical on this morning!! You looked so beautiful.’
Another said: ‘Just caught @SarahNHarding’s interview on This Morning, looking gorgeous girl!! Can’t wait to hopefully come see you in Ghost ??.’
We’re glad to have you back, lady!
