Rihanna has uttered those three little words we never thought we’d EVER hear from the wildest shot-slamming booty-shaking selfie-loving lady in showbiz: “I hate partying”. Say what now?
Yep, the 25-year-old Diamonds singer has admitted that her days of winding and grinding until 6am may be over when she revealed to Channel 4 funnyman Alan Carr that she’s quitting the club scene.
“Recently I’ve become a square,” she told him on Alan Carr’s 100th Edition Chatty Man. “I hate partying. I don’t know if it’s my heels – I don’t like standing up in my heels for hours. I don’t know if it’s that, but I’ve been so bored of it.”
“I don’t know if it’s because it’s the same music every night – maybe we need some more DJs,” the star added, before she continued: “I tell you, I’m a bit of a square recently. Don’t feel bad for me, I’m good!”
To be fair, RiRi has been looking a little exhausted lately. And her latest trip to Thailand may have featured her usual skimpy swimwear, but those tequila shots had been swapped for fresh fruit as the singer documented her new healthy lifestyle on Instagram.
Could Rihanna finally be turning over a new leaf?! Next we’ll be seeing her practising the downward dog with a shot of wheatgrass in hand… The mind boggles.
