As if we didn’t already feel all warm and fuzzy about Prince William and his adorable family, the royal has just opened up about how Princess Charlotte and Prince George have changed him for the better.
Trust us when we tell you that you’re going to want to instantly crown him the world’s cutest dad.
In a new documentary, William has really opened up about the profound changes that fatherhood has had on his emotions and his outlook on life.
A teaser clip for the film, When Ant And Dec Met The Prince: 40 Years Of The Prince’s Trust, sees Prince William telling hosts Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, ‘I’m a lot more emotional than I used to be, weirdly’.
The father-of-two elaborates: ‘I never used to get too wound up or worried about things… But now the smallest little things, you well up a little more, you get affected by the sort of things that happen around the world or whatever a lot more, I think, as a father.’
William and Kate have just enjoyed their first Christmas with 8-month-old Charlotte, and toddler George will also have been excited to share the holidays with his new little sister.
During the preview, William opens up about just how much these memories mean to him as a father, as well as admitting one of his fears: ‘[It’s] just because you realise how precious life is and it puts it all in perspective.
‘The idea of not being around to see your children grow up and stuff like that.’
Our hearts may have just burst.
