In May he admitted that he’d love to have someone to “share the pressure” of being a member of the Royal family, and that he wants to become a Dad like his brother William. But earlier this week, Prince Harry sounded far more relaxed as he answered questions about whether he’s “anywhere near” settling down.
Embarking on a 17 mile trek for Walking with the Wounded’s Walk of Britain, the 31-year-old said that he has “lots of things to get done” before settling down, pointing out that he still had another seven miles to walk that day! He continued, “Everyone looks forward to settling down, but in the meantime it’s work as usual so let’s crack on”.
His comments come after he was supposedly seen flirting with and kissing former flame actress and model Cressida Bonas, 26, at his birthday party last month. The pair broke up at the end of April 2014 after two years of dating and “Cress”, as she is known to her friends, was spotted leaving Harry’s birthday party in the early hours of the morning, less than two days after it was announced that she’d split from actor boyfriend Edward Holcroft.
It was also announced that, on a recent visit to South Africa, he’d apparently spent time with Chelsy Davy, Harry’s on/off girlfriend from 2004 until 2011 and that reportedly openly discussed whether they should give their relationship another shot. “There is still very much something between them. Harry has never fallen out of love with Chelsy,” said one source close to the pair. Their pair split in 2011 after Chelsy reportedly discovered texts from a couple of other girls on Harry’s phone that were far from innocent in nature.
So who will he choose? We’re watching this space carefully to see if it’ll be Cressida, Chelsy or some lucky new lady.
But for now, Harry certainly has his hands full…
