Meghan Markle's sister has launched a scathing attack on her, following the reports that she's 'dating' Prince Harry...
Rumours started to run riot about the royal romance, and some Instagram activity lead many to believe that it might have been confirmed. Well, it is 2016…
Now Meghan’s family have broken their silence. But what her sister has to say might come as quite a bit of a shock. Why? Well, the words aren’t so nice, actually…
Samantha Markle, 51, has reportedly branded her 35-year-old sister ‘narcissistic’ and ‘selfish’, claiming that she is driven by ‘social climbing’.
Speaking to The Sun, the mum-of-three explained, ‘Hollywood has changed her. I think her ambition is to become a princess.’
She added: ‘It was something she dreamed of as a girl when we watched the royals on TV.
‘She always preferred Harry – she has a soft spot for gingers.’
Hmm. Doesn’t that just describe all of our childhoods?
It seems as though she and Meghan don’t speak as much as they used to, with Samantha claiming: ‘Over the years she would call me. We were not close but we stayed in contact.
‘I didn’t feel a separation from her until I was in the wheelchair. The more high profile she became, she never mentioned me.’
Meghan is most fondly known for her role as Rachel Zane in the popular legal drama Suits. The actress and the Prince have reportedly been in contact after they met in Canada earlier in the year.
Samantha alleged to The Sun, ‘Several months ago there was some suggestion she was involved with someone very high profile.
‘My father has known for five months. When it came out, dad said: “I knew it was Harry, I just didn’t say anything.”’
Samantha claims, ’I am not sure how the Queen would feel about someone who shuns their own family.
‘Meghan is narcissistic and selfish, I think the Royal family would be appalled.’
Meghan has given her first interview since news of her rumoured romance broke, and whilst she didn’t discuss Harry, she reportedly told the Toronto Sun: ‘My cup runneth over and I’m the luckiest girl in the world’.
Aw. We’re shipping this quite hard…
