Pippa Middleton rocked up to Kensington Palace last night to meet her baby nephew for the first time and to celebrate the arrival of sister Kate and her husband Prince William‘s first child at their intimate royal baby bash.
Kate’s younger sister, who is reportedly set to be named as the tiny Prince of Cambridge’s godparent along with Will’s brother Prince Harry, was spotted arriving at the Palace with boyfriend Nico Jackson shortly after the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge left hospital with their royal baby for the first time.
Despite not being present at her sister Kate’s birth, whose 11-hour labour at St Mary’s Hospital resulted with the royal baby being welcomed into the world at 4:24pm on Monday afternoon, it looks like the 29-year-old party planner was ready to make up for lost time as became one of the royal baby’s first visitors at his new West London home.
Kate and Wills, who drove straight to their new Palace home after leaving hospital yesterday, are said to have a thrown an intimate gathering to celebrate their first night at home with their newborn son. As well as Pippa, other family members are also thought to have been waiting at the Palace to celebrate the little Prince’s birth.
Kate and Pippa’s parents Carole and Michael Middleton were the first relatives to visit the royal baby at St Mary’s, with Carole gushing: “He’s absolutely beautiful.” They were soon followed by Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall.
We bet that was one royal baby bash to remember!
