Pete made the big announcement on Twitter yesterday...
Peter Andre has finally revealed the name of his and wife Emily MacDonagh’s baby boy.
The 43-year-old singer took to Twitter to tell fans the big news yesterday. And the ADORABLE moniker they’ve gone for is… *drum roll* Theo!
The dad-of-four – who welcomed his youngest last month – Tweeted: ‘Theo it is then Or Theodore James Andre (a) To be precise 😀.’
How cute is that?! Fans agreed, with replies including: ‘A beautiful name Pete and Emily. He certainly is the Greek gift of god for you both 🍼👶🏻😘 xx,’ and: ‘Awww love the name perfect name for a special little boy💙 Theo 💙👶🏼xx [sic].’
Others noted that the similarities between Theo and Pete’s mum’s name Thea, with one writing: ‘Beautiful! always loved that name and it’s a nice tribute to your mama 😍😉 xxxx now we need pics!’
And they’ve already been coming up with nicknames for the bubba.
When one suggested: ‘AKA, Teddy,’ Pete replied: ‘Exactly :).’ He then added: ‘TJ is a cool stage name haha.’
There were also quite a few who were keen to tell Peter that their sons are called the same thing, with Tweets reading: ‘Such a lovely name! My little one is Theo Andre Thomas! 😍,’ and: ‘That’s my sons name and he’s 8 weeks [sic].’
But unfortunately, not everyone was impressed to hear about all the little Theos running around.
When one fan said: ‘Aww great there’s my daughter thinking she picked quite original name 4 months ago Now he will go to school Theos everywhere,’ another agreed: ‘I have a Theo too, he’s nearly two and this was exactly what I thought too 😣.’
Eep. Well, at least they’ve all got gorgeous names, eh?
