Once the Love Island final was done and dusted, and Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey had been declared the 2016 winners, there was only one thing left to do – PARTY.
The Islanders have all been through their fair share of drama in the villa, so it was no wonder that they were looking forward to letting their hair down. Only, some went a little further than others…
So, what happened after the cameras stopped rolling?!
Well, Caroline Flack was giving us a brilliant sneak peek at the behind-the-scenes action from the Love Island wrap party on Instagram, kicking off with a selfie of her and the ever popular voiceover guy, Iain Sterling.
The host then followed up with a picture of her and her favourite from the villa, Olivia, from inside the party, writing: ‘We love liv.’ Looking gorge, girls!
Caroline was also seen cosying up to the beautiful Alex, and Kady, who was pulling her fiercest pout for the camera.
However, Scott and Kady ended up having a messier evening than expected – nope, they didn’t end up fighting. Instead, we think Kady may have had one too many wines…
Scott shared a hilarious snap of poor Kady passed on the bathroom floor with her head near the toilet, and wrote: ‘And that ladies and gentleman is why I love this girl!’
‘First night of freedom went so well. Don’t worry I’m looking after @kadymcdermott and I will continue to do so for a long time to come. Thank you all so much for all your support! It means so much!! It’s SO good to be back ! #SKADY #PencilD*** #Parcel #WifeyGoals.’
Oh my goodness. #WIFEYGOALS? Our hearts are melting. And Scotty even gave her a pillow for her head (and one for her modesty)! What a gent.
And as for Olivia and Alex? Well, the runners-up ended their evening on a high, posting a cosy shot of them cuddled up in bed to say thank you to their fans.
‘Oh my lord, GUYS! I’m back, this is Olivia – I am so overwhelmed by all of your amazing support. You are the backbone of my journey and I love you all. Alex and I are so happy and i promise I am getting through your messages. I love you all xxxxx’, Liv wrote.
Yay. Our hearts are full.
