Louis Walsh Has Some Harsh Words For Cheryl F-V

So it sounds like that feud between Louis Walsh and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is still rumbling on.

As we all know, Louis is tipped to replace Nick Grimshaw on The X Factor, who announced last month that he’d quit after just one series.

Louis was let go from the ITV reality show last year, but according to him, Simon Cowell ended up regretting this decision.

The 63-year-old tells the Daily Star: ‘Simon’s already said he wishes he hadn’t let me go. He wanted to bring me back in the middle of the last series, but I thought it’d be odd with five judges.

‘I wouldn’t go back unless it was the right people.’

Louis says his perfect line-up would consist of himself, Simon and ex-judges Sharon Osbourne and Nicole Scherzinger.

But, wait a second, does that mean he wants Cheryl OFF the panel? Controversially, it seems so.

Louis continues: ‘She’s lost a bit of energy. She should go away, make a record and maybe have another hit.’ Crikey.

The programme suffered a decline in viewers over the season, and in order to get people interested again, Louis reckons it needs to bring back some of its old features.

He says: ‘Simon tweaked it too much.

‘He needs to bring back the old X Factor, have the auditions in a small room. People loved that, it was intimate and revealing.’
