It may have been 19 years since Titanic was released, but the sight of Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet together can still reduce us to a piece of mush.
The pair enjoyed the most adorable reunion at the Golden Globes last night, with Kate being one of the first to congratulate her former co-star after he won the Best Actor In A Drama award.
Leo, 41, had just picked up his gong for new flick The Revenant when 40-year-old Kate grabbed him for a hug. And we felt ALL the feels.
As expected, Twitter ended up going a teeny bit crazy with nostalgia.
One viewer commented: ‘Leo and Kate forever,’ while another wrote: ‘Jack and Rose together again.’ Aw.
One message (which understandably received a lot of re-Tweets) read: ‘KATE AND LEO WON. WE ALL WON. NEAR, FAR, WHEREVER YOU ARE.’
Erm. Is it just us or do we feel like 13-year-olds sobbing in a matinee cinema screening again?!
We first watched Titanic back in 1997 – but Leo and Kate are still looking just as hot as they did in their early 20s.
Kate was working a stunning royal blue gown at the ceremony, which featured a sexy thigh-slit and satin halterneck detailing.
She’d teased her blonde locks into a side-swept wavy bob and had opted for a fresh beauty look with coral lipstick and a girlie pink blusher.
Of course, Leo was just as dapper in a black tux.
But he wasn’t the only one who was honoured at the event. Kate was named Best Supporting Actress for her role in Steve Jobs.
She looked genuinely shocked to have won, telling the audience in her speech: ‘I am extremely surprised and overwhelmed. I just want to start by saying what an incredible year for women in film.
‘These categories are so crowded and crammed with incredible integrity and skill and I feel prouder than ever to be included.’
However, Leo clearly wasn’t surprised by Kate’s triumph at all, confessing on the red carpet: ‘She’s my favourite actress in the industry.’
Ugh, too much. We’re NEVER letting go of this one.
