Kylie Jenner and Tyga shocked us all with the news that they had called time on their relationship, just days after the youngest Jenner sister was gushing about how much she was a ‘relationship girl’ on her app.
It was Tyga’s 26th birthday, and many fans noticed that Kylie and her famous family were absent from the celebrations and the social media snaps.
E! News then confirmed that the pair had broken up.
A source revealed to the publication: ‘They are on a break… They were just a week or so ago talking about ‘ever after’ and things got messy this past week.
‘Kylie wants time to just be by her self and do her. Tyga is not giving up as that’s his one and only lady.’
A source also told PEOPLE that ‘she’s caught him lying and talking to other girls behind her back before, and this was the last straw.’
They also added that she felt ‘super betrayed’ and was ‘absolutely fuming.’
Neither Tyga or Kylie have issued an official statement regarding their relationship status.
Since the break-up news broke, there’s been a string of very confusing updates that have lead many to question whether things are back on between them.
Although Kylie Jenner appeared to have gone through her Instagram feed to remove some of the photo evidence of them as a couple (ouch), her followers were quick to notice a Snapchat picture of the pair’s legs intertwined, with the caption reading: ‘everyone needs to chill’.
In another twist, Kylie Jenner and ex-beau Tyga were spotted arriving to the American Music Awards together, in LA on Sunday night.
The 18-year-old reality star took to the red carpet with sister Kendall firmly by her side, but PEOPLE report that Tyga was not far behind them, and all three took their seats together.
Kylie was on hand to present at the awards show, and when she took to the stage to hand Nicki Minaj her gong for hip-hop album of the year, Tyga was quick to jump to his feet in support of his lady.
The Snapchat queen later shared a video of what appeared to show Tyga dancing around, sending her followers into another frenzy over whether they had reconciled.
We can’t keep up.
