The hit reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians has always been plagued by ‘fake’ rumours.
Just like any other TV show or film, social media users are forever pointing out continuity errors.
One Tumblr blog, called Keeping Up With Kontinuity Errors, is dedicated to picking apart the dates that each scene is filmed and how true to life KUWTK actually is.
And apparently, one of the most recent episodes proves that the whole thing is far from it.
After a posing session which saw Kylie and Caitlyn practising their pouts and swapping make-up tips, Kendall told her younger sister, ‘I miss doing stuff with dad that like we used to always do. Like the boyish things like dirt biking and, I don’t know, like adventurous things.’
The blog proposes that these scenes were filmed on October 26th and November 4th.
According to this alternative timeline, the rest of the episode took place in the months before, over three days in August and three days in September.
Twitter users have also been quick to comment on the show’s drama, with one user writing, ‘Love watching KUWTK, literally so fake but love it’. Another tweeted, ‘I finally decided to watch KUWTK… I think sometimes its really fake but hey, its entertaining me!’
As a producer of the show, Kris Jenner will have a big say over how the show is edited, so they’ll want their lives to be represented fairly. But it goes without saying that any reality show should be taken with a pinch of salt.
Either way, we look forward to our Sunday evenings, as it’s seriously entertaining…
