Kendall Jenner Has Worried Fans By Deleting Her Instagram Account

We're sad to see the supermodel disappear from our feeds, and fans think they might have worked out why...

In this day and age, nothing spells drama quite like the deletion of an ENTIRE Instragram account.

And now it seems that we’ve got some pretty upsetting news for you.

If you’re looking to hit up your favourite supermodel (Miss Kendall Jenner, OBVS) on Instagram, you’re going to be in for a bit of a shock- as it appears that the 21-year-old has officially deleted her account.

Our current mood?

It’s pretty surprising that Kenny would delete her entire Instagram, considering that during the past few weeks she’s been on top social media form- having just celebrated her 21st birthday in that $9,000 Swarovski crystal dress.

Whilst many fans are pretty confused by Kendall’s unexpected exit from the land of Instagram, others think they may be clued up as the the reason behind the big delete.

Quite recently, Kendall posed for the September Vogue España magazine shoot as a ballerina. This landed the supermodel in quite a bit of hot water, with many people criticising Kenny for ‘pretending’ to be a ballerina and ‘disrespecting’ the industry.

At the time, Kendall spoke out about the controversy via her blog. The model wrote, ‘with my Vogue Spain shoot, I didn’t even know I was going to be a ballerina until I went into hair and makeup… I never said I knew ballet and I didn’t practice beforehand. I just show up to do my job!’.

Due to all this online backlash, however, fans have now developed a theory that this could be the reason Kendall deleted her Instagram account.

However, Kendall herself recently shared that she often forces herself to spend time away from social media when she feels it is taking up too much time in her life.
In a recent interview, 21-year-old Kendall told Allure magazine that ‘I definitely have close friends, and even some family members, who are so connected to their phone and can’t get off of it‘.
She then added, ‘It kind of clicked for me. And I didn’t like it. So sometimes I delete Instagram or Twitter or Snapchat off my phone for a couple days’.
Whether it’s down the ballerina controversy, or simply the need for a little quiet time, we hope to see you back on our Instagram feeds soon, Kenny!
