Kate Middleton is going to show us so much more of her baby bump over the coming months as it’s been announced by St James’ Palace that the Duchess Of Cambridge will return to her public duties following her Caribbean break.
Yesterday we revealed that Kate and Wills have jetted off to the Caribbean island of Mustique for a relaxing holiday with the Duchess’ parents, Carole and Michael. But as soon as Kate returns, she’ll be back at work, appearing at her first public engagement since she announced her pregnancy and was hospitalised for acute morning sickness.
Kate will visit Hope House to meet women recovering from substance abuse on 19th February.
A spokesperson for the pregnant Duchess said: “The Action on Addiction programme at Hope House offers a safe, secure and comfortable place for women to recover from substance dependence and receive additional support for other compulsive disorders.
“Her Royal Highness will meet clients and staff at the 23-bed residential treatment centre.”
Kate is the patron of Action On Addiction, so it’s a project close to her heart. She’ll be almost halfway through her pregnancy when she makes the visit, meaning there’ll be plenty of bump on show. Hurrah!
We can’t wait to have you back, Duchess. RM
