Fans have expressed their concerns for the Duchess...
It’s safe to say that Kate Middleton looked AH-mazing in Canada last night.
The 34-year-old was sporting a dazzling red Preen by Thornton Bregazzi dress as she and husband Prince William attended a reception with Canadian First Nations groups in Victoria, British Columbia.
The £1,000 ankle-grazing number featured an asymmetric bodice, a cinched-in waist and a full skirt.
She’d accessorised with a sparkling maple leaf brooch, elegant drop earrings, a boxy red clutch and crimson heels. Just stunning.
When it came to her beauty look, she’d opted for a twisted chignon, subtle smoky eyes and a sweep of blusher.
Of course, the majority of people agreed that she looked gorge. Comments online included: ‘She looks lovely, very elegant,’ ‘Lovely dress,’ and: ‘Wow, just wow! She’s really lifted her game this tour.’
But unfortunately for the Duchess, not everyone had some positive things to say.
Some were critiquing her body, with one writing: ‘She looks so boney and underweight. Such a pretty woman too,’ and another saying: ‘Sorry but she is way too thin you can actually see her bones sticking out !! [sic].’
Hmm. Now, we’ve always known that Kate leads an active lifestyle. She’s said to enjoy running and Pilates and is often spotted walking the family’s dog Lupo.
So while fans may have their worries, we’re sure she’s doing just fine.
Kate and Wills, 34, are in BC for a week-long tour with their children George, three, and one-year-old Charlotte.
We’ve already seen the Duchess step out in sartorial winners including a navy Jenny Packham midi and a layered Alexander McQueen number, so we can’t wait to see what else she’s packed in her suitcase…
