Kate Middleton has reportedly apologised to Prince William and the royal family for the public embarrassment caused by her topless pictures.
The Duchess Of Cambridge is said to be worried that she has ruined her reputation as a result of the intimate holiday snaps.
A source told OK! magazine: “Kate is mortified. Since she and William met, she’s constantly been on guard against embarrassment. When they used to go away with William’s friends, Kate would lecture everyone on what not to do in case there were photographers.”
Kate won a landmark injunction forbidding further images from being published in France and a criminal investigation to find the photographer responsible is now underway. A record seven million people have now viewed the images online in Britain, despite them never being published in the UK. RM
