Kanye has revealed that Jay Z hasn't visited Kim once since her terrifying Paris attack, and admits that the families are no longer close...
If there’s one thing we know about Kanye West, it’s that he’s a passionate man. And none more so than when he’s speaking about wife Kim Kardashian.
And last night during his concert in Seattle, the rapper clearly felt like it was time to get a few things off his chest. And this time, it was Jay Z in the firing line.
It’s been over two weeks since Kim went through that terrible Paris robbery, where the mum-of-two found herself bound and gagged in her apartment as thieves made off with a reported $10 million worth of her jewellery.
And Kanye revealed last night that in his opinion, some of the couple’s famous friends haven’t been as supportive as they would have liked.
Launching an angry tirade against Jay Z for not visiting Kim after her terrifying ordeal, but calling their home to check on her instead, Kanye said to the crowd:
‘Don’t call me after the robbery and say, “how you feeling?”. You wanna know how I’m feeling? Come by the house.’
‘Bring the kids by the house like we’re brothers. Let’s sit down’, he added.
The Fade artist went on to admit that whilst many assumed that Kimye, Jay and Beyonce were a tight friendship unit, that’s no longer the case.
‘I can’t take this s**t bro. Our kids have never even played together’, he said.
Eep. Sounds like Jay and Bey have a little bit of making up to do…
It’s Kim’s birthday today, and despite having previously grand plans for his wife’s big day, it’s being reported that Kanye has been forced to tone them down as she recovers.
‘Kanye is devastated he has to cancel – but his family’s security come first,’ a source told The Sun about the 1920’s-themed celebrity bash he had planned. ‘He had gone all out for Kim’s birthday and it was going to be all expenses spared with champagne and canapés.
However, he’s still said to be forking out a rumoured $50,000 on a pair of Lorraine Schwartz earrings for Kim, so it’s not like she’s going empty handed.
Happy birthday, Kimmy.
