Last night we saw some serious drama on Love Island.
Kady McDermott is easily one of the feistiest girls in the villa, but since new girl Tina Stinnes has joined the show, we’ve seen her take that fire to another level.
If you saw Sunday’s show, you’ll know that Tina picked Scott Thomas to go on her first date with – much to Kady’s annoyance.
And after a night of being banished to the Hideaway with fellow Islander Olivia, it seemed Kady just couldn’t handle her jealousy as she threatened to QUIT the show on her return.
After watching Tina and Scott together, Kady shouted out to them: ‘Hello! Scott! Are they ignoring us? Hope you had a nice time. We watched everything.’
When new girl Tina got upset at Kady’s shouting and started crying, Kady got even more infuriated.
‘Why is she crying?’ she asked. ‘They’re hugging her. Why do they look all shocked? I’m not staying in here. I’d rather walk I’m telling you now. I’m not staying in here.’
Thankfully, Kady didn’t follow through with her threat (first Rykard, then Zara… We couldn’t take another shock exit!), and soon spoke to Scott about their rocky situation. And let’s just say it didn’t end well.
‘We can’t make it work’, Scott said. ‘I’m not saying I’m going to couple up with anyone. We’re done. It can’t work. It’s toxic. I know it’s horrible but you’ve brought that on yourself.
‘You’ve pushed me away. You’ve mugged me off. I hate seeing you upset but you’ve done it to yourself. It’s not about anyone else. I don’t want to be with anyone else. But we can’t be together.’
Could this really be the end of Scott and Kady?! Knowing their history, we can’t help but think this isn’t quite a closed book…
