Justin Bieber isn’t the most popular celebrity in London today. The star is at the centre of a Twitter-wide debate this morning for turning up to his own concert a shocking two hours late.
Bieber fans were left devastated when they had to leave the concert at the O2 Arena early without having seen their idol perform.
Justin was due on stage at 8.30pm following his support act Carly Rae Jepsen, but didn’t arrive on stage until 10.35pm. The concert was due to finish at 11pm. Eek.
The 20,000 fans were understandably upset, particularly as most had to rush home to make last tubes and trains so they made it to school today.
We’d have had a right little sulk in our bedrooms if it were us.
Earlier in the day, Justin tweeted: “In a good mood. Got my friends and team with me here and ready for Day 1 at the O2. London get ready! #BELIEVEtour.” He later added: “Good day.”
Justin was booed during his set and offered no explanation for his lateness. Over to you, Justin… RM
