If there’s anything we’ve learnt this week, it’s that you should NEVER mess with the Little Mix girls.
Jade Thirlwall went on quite the Twitter rampage when a cruel troll insinuated that she and her bandmates weren’t ‘cool’ enough for the revamped version of Chris Evans’ chat show TFI Friday. Eek!
This whole dramz began when Jade, Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson appeared on the programme last Friday.
Clearly a tad peeved by their inclusion, the user in question Tweeted the message: ‘Back in my day TFI Friday was cool. Little Mix wouldn’t have been allowed in the building!!’
But there was no way that Jade, 22, was going to let this comment lie, replying: ‘there’s been many pop acts on over the years before so firstly you’re wrong about that one.’ You tell ’em, lady!
Unfortunately, the Twitter pestering continued. LM then read the message: ‘They said they pick their own songs from a list that people have written for them. As if this gives them any credibility…
‘Groups used to pretend to write their own stuff they can’t even be bothered to do that anymore.’
Jade (by now sounding pretty furious) explained that they DO pen their own tracks, adding that they only chose to record pre-written singles Black Magic and Love Me Like You because they were such big fans.
She wrote: ‘We write and co write our music, n when a hit like BlackMagic comes in of course we’ll take it.
‘We’ve written on every single, bar the last two, and not ‘sat in the room’ or ‘done one line’ WRITTEN.
‘So take ur uneducated opinions, start a band, write music, graft for years n see how far it gets you two a***holes. all the best xxjadexx.’
Leigh-Anne, 24, was in total agreement, later commenting: ‘Just read back tweets from that arrogant fool that jade DESTROYED!!! jade I love you! Good on you for not taking his X Leigh.’
Wow. We’re a little scared right now…
