Frankie Sandford is set to twirl her way back into the spotlight following her six month baby break, by taking part in next year’s Strictly Come Dancing. Epic news.
Following in the footsteps of her The Saturdays bandmate Rochelle Humes, who has just been confirmed for the ITV show’s Christmas special, 24-year-old Frankie is reportedly the first celeb name to be picked for the 2014 series.
According to The Sun, the new mum was actually chosen for the current series but had to pull out after getting pregnant with fiancé Wayne Bridge‘s baby.
‘Frankie was desperate to take part but had to pull out after getting pregnant,’ a source told The Sun. ‘But she has said she is up for it next year when her son Parker will be older – and bosses really want her.’
The mum-of-one, who gave birth to little baby Bridge last month, will no doubt be tuning in to the Strictly Christmas special for some dazzling dance-spiration from her bandmate BFF.
‘Frankie will be watching Rochelle closely to see how she does and hopefully get some tips,’ added the source.
