The Saturdays’ Frankie Sandford has announced that she will be taking a break from the band ahead of her October due date.
The 24-year-old, who is gearing up to give birth to her first baby with footballer fiancé Wayne Bridge this autumn, has been advised by doctors to cut back on her girlband commitments and put her feet up until her delivery date.
Frankie tweeted to her fans: “Hey guys, really sad I won’t be there for the next few gigs, as I’ve been advised not to perform by my doctor until after the baby arrives. But don’t worry, I know my other 4 Sats will totally rock it while I’m resting the bump. I’ll be back ASAP!”
The Gentleman singer hasn’t let up on her hectic Saturdays schedule one bit over the past few months and has been rocking her ever-growing baby bump on stage like a true pregnancy pro, so we totally get her putting baby first and taking a breather as she prepares for motherhood.
We’ll miss you, Franks!
