Forbes has compiled it’s annual 30 Under 30 list, unveiling the top young actors and actresses sure to storm Hollywood in 2016 – and lots of our favourite ladies made the cut, including Dakota Johnson, Daisy Ridley and Alicia Vikander.
While many stars on the list have had pretty monumental 2015s, it looks as if this year is going to be even bigger. From Girls’ star Zosia Mamet to Game Of Thrones’ Emilia Clarke, Forbes has unvelied the expected success stories of this year and it’s getting us pretty excited for what’s to come.

It is little surprise that Star Wars’ phenomenon Daisy Ridley made the cut after scoring (and nailing) the role of a lifetime this year. Daisy previously had a pretty low-key CV, only starring on British TV shows like Casualty and Toast Of London, so 2015 was pretty mega for the actress. While she is already filming the next in the cult franchise, we also sense we’ll be seeing the 23-year-old all over the red carpet and on magazine covers for the whole of 2016.

Alicia Vikander is another of 2015’s favourite ladies who is expected to make a splash this year. Whether she will be nominated for an Oscar for her role in The Danish Girl remains to be seen, but with so much buzz around her, whatever happens, we’re pretty sure the Swedish actress is set for big things.

Other ladies to grace the list were the blockbuster star of Fifty Shades, Dakota Johnson, Game Of Thrones’ star Emilia Clarke and Girls actress, Zosia Mamet.
