Beyoncé‘s husband Jay-Z has opened up about the superstar couple’s hopes of extending their brood and giving baby Blue Ivy a little brother or sister to play with in a candid (and very cute) new interview.
Jay, whose new album Magna Carta Holy Grail was released earlier this week, told US radio station Hot 97: “Absolutely, God willing”, when asked if he and Bey were keen for more children. “Get this little basketball team going. It’s all part of the elaborate plan”, the dad-of-one added about bringing up more kids alongside 17-month-old baby Blue.
Beyoncé has also gone on the record to say that her and her music mogul hubby are keen to make more babies. Speaking last month during her The Mrs Carter World Tour, the Grown Woman singer admitted: “Definitely I would like to have more children. Motherhood has changed everything.”
Jay also spoke out about his and Bey’s music, following the superstar pair’s recent collaboration on Jay’s new album track Part II (On The Run). Revealing that his talented songstress wife has thousands of songs waiting to be released from her secret music bank, Jay said: “Right now, Bey has 100,000 amazing songs, just playing them”, before leaving us with the most amazing visual of life at home for The Carters:
“Yeah, [we] dance to it in our socks!”, he added about how they like to listen to Bey’s new belters.
We don’t think it’s possible for us to love this family any more.
