According to Drake's dad, Dennis Graham, his son and Rihanna aren't even DATING. Say whaaaat?!
Drake and Rihanna have been making everyone’s hearts melt with their super cute antics of late – namely, that speech Drake gave about ‘loving’ RiRi since he was 22 at the MTV VMAs last month.
The couple have since been seen kissing, hanging out, and generally looking like a bonafide couple, despite insisting for years that they were just friends.
However, get ready for a bombshell, as Drake’s dad has given a susprise interview about Rihanna. And we warn you – what he says changes EVERYTHING.
Drake’s dad Dennis Graham has told TMZ that his son and RiRi are not only not ‘settling down’, but they’re not even dating.
‘They’re friends, they’ve been friends for years,’ he said.
Dennis was then asked how he felt about Drake and his Bajan beauty becoming official, to which he replied: ‘I don’t know about settling down, no. They’re friends.’
As if we didn’t quite hear him the first time, Drake’s dad then hammered it home by adding; ‘There’s no relationship, they’re friends.’
NOOOO. Dennis, what are you doing to us?!
Last time we heard, Drake was ready to propose, after the couple got matching shark tattoos (another thing Dennis dismissed, saying that anyone could get an inking).
‘Drake is very committed to Rihanna’, a source told E! News. ‘They are both mature and ready to commit now. Drake loves Rihanna so much and if it was up to him, he would marry her tomorrow.
‘Things are different this time between them for the better. They want to make this work this time with each other.’
Better halt those plans, Drake. Your dad doesn’t seem convinced.
