The TOWIE star reveals to Lorraine that it was *her* who told Megan that Pete's ex, Jacqui Ryland, had sold a story about him sexting her...
It’s all blowing up on tonight’s The Only Way Is Essex, as the show will air the exact moment Megan McKenna confronts boyfriend Pete Wicks about ‘sexting’ other girls.
In what’s shaping up to be a seriously emotional episode, TOWIE fans will see a heartbroken Megan kick off at Pete after she discovers flirty messages to ‘at least ten’ girls on his phone.
We’ve totally felt for Megan throughout this whole horrible ordeal, and now, close pal Danielle Armstrong has expressed her and the other TOWIE girls’ shock and disbelief at Pete’s behaviour.
‘She’s one of my friends and Pete’s a lovely guy and I think that’s what her upset her the most and us girls because we didn’t expect that sort of thing from him’, Dani told Lorraine.
‘And now you’re like, “Are any of these guys going to be good?”‘
Danielle went on to confess that it was her who had to tell Megan about the story Pete’s ex, Jacqui Ryland, had sold to The Sun about Pete’s explicit messages to her.
‘On tonight’s episode, I have to drop the bombshell to Megan that this girl had come out and that her and Pete had been sexting’, Danielle explained.
‘So I had to talk to her about that, she was aware of some messages and I think they wanted to keep it between themselves because sometimes you don’t want everyone knowing about it.
‘I’ve seen a clip of it and it is actually heart breaking, it’s really sad.’
Since the initial sexting allegations emerged, Megan has now come out and admitted that it wasn’t just his ex Pete was texting, but TEN different girls.
‘I had a weird feeling in my stomach’, Megan told The Sun Online. ‘Pete had been ‘off’ with me for about a week, it was my birthday coming up and we’d had a few rows because he made me feel like he hated me, so I looked in his phone.’
‘I never expected to find what I did. I didn’t just find one text, I found a lot… There were ten different girls.’
Mr Wicks? Sounds like you have A LOT of explaining to do…
