The Cider One
Cider + cocktails shouldn’t work but it so does, as Rekorderlig have discovered. They’re serving this one up at their pop-up winter lodge, and have shared the recipe with us…
Rekorderlig Snow Cap
You’ll Need: 30ml dark rum, 30ml lemon juice, 20ml almond sugar, 15ml egg white, 30ml House Temperillo, 125ml Rekorderlig Winter Cider
To Make: Shake the rum, oregat, lemon juice and egg white with one ice cube to emulsify the egg, then shake again with more ice. Double strain over ice into a Rekorderlig glass. Top up the glass with cider and carefully add the red wine into the foam. Garnish with a mint sprig and a cherry. Dust with icing sugar.
The Healthy One

You’ll Need: 200ml coconut water, 10ml agave syrup, 50ml lime juice, salt for the rim and a pinch for the drink, to taste
To Make: Prepare the glass by running a bit of fresh cut lime around the rim and dipping it in some salt on a plate to make the salt rim. Put a few cubes of ice into a cocktail shaker, then add the lime juice, orange juice, agave and coconut water (and the pinch of salt if you like). Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Pour into the glass from a bit of a height so it serves nice and frothy.
The Fashion Favourite
You’ll Need: 35ml Cîroc Vodka, 10ml Irish Whisky, 5ml Evangelista Ratafia, 25ml Edition Mulled Wine Syrup, 20ml Edition Mulled Wine Syrup, 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice, 50ml Fresh Pressed Apple Juice, 2 Dashes of Bokers Bitters
To Make: Shake all Ingredients together and pour into a glass, add 2 dashes of bitters and serve warm garnished with a dried orange slice and cranberries
The Fruity One
Cointreau is so our new favourite spirit, and all these flavours work perfectly together.
Cointreau Fizz Pear And Cinnamon
You’ll Need: 40 ml Cointreau |10 ml fresh lime juice |50 ml pear juice| 40 ml sparkling water
To Make: Fill a glass with ice, add Cointreau, fresh lime juice and autumn pear juice. Top off with sparkling water and stir briefly. Garnish with a cinnamon stick

Bells Of St Clementine
You’ll Need: 50ml vodka, 50ml of freshly squeezed Clementine (sieve the pulp), 10ml lemon juice, 20ml orgeat (almond syrup), Cardamom pods x3, 1 heaped spoonful of orange marmalade
To Make: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds and pour through a tea strainer to remove to pods into a glass without ice. If you don’t have a cocktail shaker just put all ingredients in a large glass and stir everything until the marmalade has fully mixed into the drink and use a tea strainer to remove to pods into a glass without ice
The Fizzy One
Available at Foundation Bar in Covent Garden and Bar Soho this luxury cocktail will put a smile on your face.
You’ll Need: 10ml Cinnamon Syrup, 20ml Raspberry Puree, 90ml G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Champagne, 3 Mandarin Segments, 6 Fresh raspberries, Ice Cubes
To Make: Muddle raspberries, mandarins & cinnamon syrup. Pour on Champagne. Fill glass with ice.
