So. We're guessing Chloe Moretz isn't ready to give up her feud with Kim Kardashian yet, then...
So Chloe Moretz isn’t bothered about settling her differences with Kim Kardashian anytime soon, then.
The Hollywood starlet famously spoke out against Kim’s decision to pose for a nude selfie earlier this year, and ended up in a very public Twitter clash with the body-confident mum-of-two.
And now, Chloe’s spoken out about Kim in a new interview, saying that she ‘regrets’ rowing with her – but not for the reason you might think.
‘I think I gave my attention to people that didn’t deserve my attention,’ Chloe told the Hollywood Reporter. ‘So in some ways, I think I regret giving them the attention [though] I don’t regret what I said.’
At the time, some people accused Moretz of ‘slut-shaming’ Kim, after her comments that ‘women have so much more to offer than their bodies’.
However, she later insisted her comments were misconstrued.
Chloe also added in her latest interview that she’d learnt from her mistakes, saying: ‘I also realised that being the most opinionated and loud person in the room is not always the most impactful.’
‘I learned that from Hillary [Clinton]’, she added. “‘It’s great to be feisty,” those were her exact words. But sometimes the smartest way to get into the psyche of people is to be the quietest person in the room. Let everyone else bicker and throw their words around and then you come in with the quiet voice and that will be the most impactful.’
Wise words indeed.
