Cheryl Shares Some Sad News With Her Twitter Followers

The Girls Aloud singer recently lost her pet dog Coco

Cheryl is BACK, people. And we couldn’t be happier about it.

The 34-year-old made her first public appearance since becoming a mum over the weekend, lending her support to the Game 4 Grenfell charity football match in London.

She treated us to a number of loved-up selfies from on board a boat, one of which showed Liam tenderly stroking her hair as she snapped a photo.

Then yesterday, the mum-of-one took to Twitter to chat to a number of fans. But unfortunately, she had some upsetting news to share with them.

When one Soldier showed her a photo of her pet dog, Cheryl replied: ‘She’s very sweet. Girl dogs are always so cute. Sadly my little Coco passed away last week 😔.’

For those of us with pets, we know how heartbreaking the thought of losing them is. So we’re sending lots of love to Cheryl and Liam after hearing this.

Cheryl and Liam, 24, welcomed son Bear in March, and before now, Chezza had mainly stayed out of the limelight.

But it seems we may be getting a comeback soon. She was spotted at the US Embassy in London last month, which got fans wondering whether she was planning to jet over the pond for work.

She’s already returned to her position as L’Oréal Paris ambassador, recently sharing a behind-the-scenes photo from a shoot.

We’re so excited to have you back on our Instagram, lady!
