Cara Delevingne is said to be considering a career in the music biz, so it’s no surprise she’s been getting some early rehearsals in with her popstar BFF Rita Ora as she joined her on stage during her DKNY party set last night.
The 20-year-old Brit model burst onto the stage in the middle of best pal Rita’s lively performance at the fashion party held at an old fire station in London’s Lambeth. Wearing a skin-tight black jumpsuit with white racer stripe, black wedge trainers and a punk-inspired silver ear cuff, an energetic Cara worked the stage with her ‘wifey’, who was rocking out in silver skinnies, a b-ball cropped top and a backwards cap.
Getting in some practice before she reportedly plans to launch her own music career, Cara even grabbed the mic from the Radioactive singer in a bid to serenade the crowd, with an amused Rita jokingly pretending to leave the stage and let the model have her moment.
The two party pals looked completely at home together on stage as they busted out a series raunchy moves while Rita, who is dating DJ Calvin Harris, carried on with her set. Watching on from the crowd at the New York style bash held in honour of the #DKNYArtworks project were fellow celeb guests Millie Mackintosh, who was there to support fiance Professor Green ahead his slot, designer Henry Holland and model Jourdan Dunn.
If this performance is anything to go by, we’d pay to see these two duet in concert together. Jay-Z, you listening?
