Cara Delevingne made her first Milan Fashion Week show of 2014 one to remember when she strutted down the runway carrying Fendi’s accessory of the season – a mini Karl Legerfeld handbag.
The Fendi Autumn/Winter ’14 show was always going to be a talking point after it was announced that robotic drones were going to livestream the catwalk action for the first time in history.
But the Italian fashion house went one step further and introduced its latest fashion toy by letting the 21-year-old model-of-the-moment open the show with her teeny tiny Karl doll swinging from between her fingers.
Wearing a gigantic oversized fur hood, Cara dangled mini Karl from her thumb and pointer finger as she sauntered down the runway in her sleek winter wares.
Posing for a post-show snap with the man (and his punk-haired mini-me) himself, the British model wrote: ‘With the one and only @karllagerfeld and his mini me #doubletrouble @fendi_official.’
While we’re not sure it’s a bag you could take anywhere, there’s no denying it’s got the cute factor. Will you be investing in a mini-Karl this season?
