‘Blurred Lines‘ beauty Emily Ratajkowski has just landed her first major film role and will be starring in the movie adaptation of Gillian Flynn’s bestselling thriller Gone Girl alongside Ben Affleck.
The smokin’ hot model, who bared all in Robin Thicke and Pharrell‘s infamous music video saucefest (which has now racked up a whopping 174 million views on YouTube!), is set to make her acting debut in the highly-awaited silver screen adaptation of the LOOK office’s favourite summer read.
21-year-old Emily will play college student Andie, who has an affair with Ben Affleck’s Nick Dunne, and shared her news on Instagram yesterday, posting: “So happy to announce my casting in David Fincher’s ‘Gone Girl’ opposite Ben Affleck!!!”. Bet wife Jennifer Garner is over the moon about her hubby’s highly unattractive new smooching partner…
We’ve been excited about this flick for ages now, and for good reason. Not only is Reese Witherspoon producing the cinematic take on Flynn’s twisted love tale, but 20th Century Fox have also cast Brit beauty Rosamund Pike to play Amy Dunne, wife of Nick, who vanishes on their fifth wedding anniversary.
Production begins this autumn so we’re gunning for a 2014 release. Fifty Shades and Gone Girl both in the same year? Oh Hollywood you are SPOILING us!
