OK guys, we have big news. Magic Mike Live is happening. This is not a drill. We repeat, this is not a drill.
Channing Tatum announced the fantastic news on Facebook earlier this week, in a video filled with puppies (aw!) and lots of naked torsos.
The show, which is based on the early life of Channing, will debut in March 2017 at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas.
Time to get saving, ladies.
According to the press release, the show will ‘recreate the mythic Club Domina with sizzling 360-degree dance and acrobatic strip tease spectacular, guaranteed to bring on the heat.’
WOW. Sorry, we were just fanning ourselves down.
In the announcement video Channing said: ‘God knows we have enough gentlemen’s clubs in this world, so let’s start the first gentle lady’s club… Or maybe not so gentle, it depends what you’re into.’ Teehee.
Fans can also get involved by going onto the shows website and submitting ideas of what you want the show to look like – we dread to think the kind of entries that one will receive.
Before you get too excited to see Channing shaking his goods in 4D, though, you should be aware that Mr Tatum isn’t actually planning on starring in the show. NOOOOO.
Still, we can hope for a surprise appearance, right?
