Beyonce is going on tour! Scream!
While the whole world gushes about the singer’s uh-mazing Super Bowl performance, we’re raiding our piggy banks to get in line for Beyonce tickets. The singer has announced details of her world tour and has revealed that she’ll be coming to the UK in May. This is way too much Bey-induced excitement for a Monday morning.
The star will perform six UK dates – the Birmingham NEG Arena on 26th April, London’s O2 Arena on 29th & 30th April, 1st & 3rd May, then Manchester’s Evening News Arena on 7th May. She’ll play in Dublin on the 11th and 12th of May.
O2 customers can get priority tickets to the shows 48 hours before their general release from 9.30am on Thursday 21st February. Put it in your diaries, quick!
Beyonce has named the tour “The Mrs Carter Show” as has aptly dressed up as “Queen B” for the official tour shots, complete with a cameo necklace featuring Jay-Z’s teeny tiny face. Cute!
It’s her first tour of the UK since 2009 and will be directed by Grammy Award-winning director Jonas Akerlund who tells us to expect “attitude and glamour”. We. Can’t. Wait.
