Looking for ways to spend your Friday night? Here’s the best selection of upcoming films for 2015 before it draws to a close. You’re welcome.
Starring: Hugh Jackman, Cara Delevingne and Amanda Seyfried
Although the film didn’t exactly smash it in the US, the magical world that is Neverland will always make you feel all warm and cosy inside. Also, Cara Delevingne as a mermaid is surely enough of a reason to see this latest Peter Pan adaptation.
Fun Fact: The Pan creators built everything for real. An empty air hanger housed the whole Neverland forest and three working pirate ships. Wow.
Out 16 October
Starring: Daniel Craig, Naomie Harris and Ralph Fiennes
Naomie Harris is definitely one to watch after taking the female lead as Moneypenny in the highly anticipated Spectre. This time there’s set to be more gore and action than ever before and Sam Smith sings the haunting theme tune. Obviously it’s going to be incredible.
Fun Fact: Léa Seydoux turned up to audition for her part a little bit tipsy and almost ruined her chances of playing badass Bond girl, Madeleine Swann.

Starring: Bradley Cooper, Sienna Miller and Lily James
A rugged Bradley Cooper stars as a bad boy trying to clean up his image to become a top London chef. The gorgeous Sienna Miller is at his side, and the beaut Lily James also makes an appearance. Not only will this film make you hungry, it will also make you crave Bradley Cooper in your kitchen – topless.
Fun Fact: Jamie Dornan was cut from the film. The Fifty Shades star had filmed a small cameo as part of a back story but his scenes were cut at the last minute. Sob.

Our favourite Hollywood lady is back playing the now legendary, Katniss Everdeen. All hell breaks loose as the feisty action lady leads the revolution against The Capital. Also, Liam Hemsworth + Josh Hutcherson = cinematic heaven.

Out 19 November
Starring: Cate Blanchett, Rooney Mara and Sarah Paulson
Set in the glamorous 1950s, Rooney Mara plays a young, innocent department-store clerk who falls for an older, married woman. Love, drama, and emotion will no doubt make you a teary wreck by the end of the film.

The Good Dinosaur
Starring: Steve Zahn and Jeffrey Wright
Disney Pixar films are made to make us happy and this too-cute-for-words story about a dinosaur called Arlo trying to make his way home after a tragic accident is no different. Arlo makes a human friend and the pair form a bond that will melt the coldest of hearts. Like the film Up, but with dinosaurs.
Fun Fact: The film has been in production for a whole six years thanks to creative differences.
Out 27 November
Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Starring: Carrie Fisher, Harrison Ford, Simon Pegg
The notorious saga continues 30 years after the original. Details of the plot are a closely guarded secret but producers say it will satisfy the biggest superfans and and critics are predicting it will be the highest grossing film of the year.
Fun Fact: While filming in 2014, Harrison Ford broke his ankle on the door of the Millenium Falcon. The director then broke his back trying to help him out from under the door. What a scenario.

Parks and Recreation’s Amy Poehler and best mate Tina Fey have teamed up for some serious LOLs. In the film, two sisters decide to have one last house party before their parents sell their childhood home. What could possible go wrong? *prays for Amy Schumer cameo*
