Ashley Roberts Reveals Her Diet And Beauty Secrets To LOOK

Ashley Roberts has a body we’d give up our entire jewellery box and our last Rolo for. In this week’s issue of LOOK, on sale now, she shares her beauty and body secrets exclusively with us, so we’re one step closer to rocking a killer figure worthy of a place in the Pussycat Dolls. Yay!

So put down the leftover Easter eggs, ladies, as Ashley says the healthiest snacks are green… she tells us: “In the morning, I drink a green smoothie. I have this powder that I get from my holistic doctor in the States, which I mix with spinach, cucumber and almond milk.  

“When I’m feeling peckish, I love to snack on veggies and houmous. I’m a bit obsessed with houmous at the moment – I put it on everything! Dried fruit and nuts are also good when I’m on the go.” 

Ashley has been unviled as the face and body of Garnier’s No Streaks Bronzer, and has kindly stripped off to her undies to show us her (very tanned) abs and teach us some top tricks.
