5 hacks for improving your time management (they’re easy!)

1. Make lists

You don’t have time to do absolutely everything on your own, so save time at work by delegating tasks to your interns. If you’re overwhelmed with home tasks, don’t be too proud to ask for help when you really need it. Relinquishing a bit of control will help you manage your time better.

3. De-stress

Too much stress can make you feel tired, and therefore less productive. Give your mind and body a rest by taking a power nap or meditating, allowing yourself to recharge.

4. Stop multi-tasking

Multi-tasking seems like it would be the most efficient way to get a lot of things done at once, but in reality it totally drains your energy and makes you less productive. Focusing on one task at a time and doing it well is much healthier way to manage your time.
